After a quick redesign - thank your squarespace for making this so easy - I'll feel it is only right to upload a new photo. More changes will be happening down the line. As today is the last day of Chinese New Year it is only appropriate to share a photo from the celebrations.
Reaching the front of the harbour, right under the apex of the Convention Centre an hour before the fireworkds started we found that it wasn't as full as expected. The front row was filled but we easily found a spot that looked towards the ICC and over the heads of a small family. After a short down poor, areas beside us opened up which we quickly moved into - ignoring the fact we were getting rather wet in the process (no umbrella).
We had a perfect view of the fireworks and I managed a few shots - this was the first set of fireworks to head off. It was an amazingly loud 24-minutes of fireworks.
